Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, vehicle/tire details, and the items you purchase. We also collect basic technical information such as device and browser data used to operate and secure the site.

Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. We retain only the order amount and a confirmation of whether payment succeeded.

We use your information to process orders, schedule delivery and mobile installation, contact you about your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We share information only as needed with our payment processor, tire suppliers, and the technician or driver assigned to your service, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart, keep you signed in where applicable, and understand site usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

We keep order records for as long as needed for service, warranty, tax, and accounting purposes, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us through our contact page to make a request.

Our services are intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy; the current version is always posted here. Questions about privacy can be sent through our contact page.
