By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order our services.

Orders are placed online through our checkout. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; the order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the address is outside our service area, or the order appears fraudulent.

You are responsible for selecting the correct tire size and specification for your vehicle. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the product page at the time of purchase and may change without notice. Payment is collected online at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

Payment status is determined solely by our payment processor's confirmation. Applicable taxes and fees are shown before you complete checkout.

Inventory is sourced from live supplier availability and can change between the time you view a product and the time your order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a comparable replacement or a refund for the unavailable item.

We deliver within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex only (75xxx and 76xxx ZIP codes). You choose a delivery date and time window at checkout; windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or supplier delays.

Someone must be available at the delivery address during the selected window, and the vehicle must be accessible. Additional trips caused by an inaccessible location or no-show may incur a fee.

Mobile installation is performed at the address you provide, on a legal, level, and safely accessible surface. Our technician may decline installation if the location is unsafe, or if your vehicle or wheels show damage, seized hardware, or other conditions that make safe service impossible. In that case we will complete delivery and refund only the installation portion where applicable.

Installation includes mounting and balancing of the purchased tires unless stated otherwise. Additional parts or labor (for example valve stems, TPMS sensors, or alignment) are not included.

Cancellation, return, and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Tires may carry a manufacturer's warranty provided by the tire manufacturer, not by Tire Choice Experts. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's terms, and we will help you start the process where possible.

You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, and address information; to ensure lawful access to the service location; and to inspect the tires and service before the technician leaves. Report any concern immediately so we can address it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tire Choice Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or lost income. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You may not misuse this website, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape or overload the site, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content, branding, and images on this site are owned by Tire Choice Experts or its suppliers and may not be reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
